Return policy

Our return policy is 10 days, meaning you have up to 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@colccisportusa.com . Returns must be shipped to the following address: Revere, Massachusetts 02151, United States. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired product as quickly as possible, we recommend making a new purchase. Once the return of the original item has been confirmed, a refund may be processed or a credit applied toward a new purchase.

Refunds
If the item has a manufacturing defect and cannot be replaced with another item of equal value, we may offer a refund. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method after the return has been approved.
